This notice explains how we, D&B Beauty Saloon, process the personal data you share with us through our website, appointment form, WhatsApp and phone, and in the future through our advertising campaigns. We process your personal data in accordance with the personal data protection legislation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

2. What data do we collect?
- Appointment form: your full name, phone number, the service you want, your preferred date and time, and any note you add.
- WhatsApp and phone: the messages you send us and your phone number.
- Advertising and campaign forms: If you fill in our lead-form ads on Instagram, Facebook or Google, the information you share in the form (e.g. name, phone, the service you’re interested in).
- Technical data: records such as IP address and browser information kept by our hosting service for security and operation.
We don’t ask for health information in the form. Please don’t include such information in the notes field; if needed, we’ll discuss it in person during your consultation.
3. What do we use your data for?
- To receive your appointment request, schedule your appointment and get in touch with you,
- To answer your questions and choose the right service together with you,
- And, if you give separate consent, to keep you informed about offers and promotions.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent in the appointment form, the need to provide the service you request, and our legal obligations. Promotional messages are sent only if you give separate consent.
5. Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell your data. To provide our service, it is shared only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary:
- WhatsApp (Meta): your appointment request opens as a WhatsApp message and reaches us via WhatsApp when you send it.
- Hosting service: our site is published on a cloud hosting service.
- Map (OpenStreetMap): the map on the page is displayed with OpenStreetMap; when the map loads, your IP address is sent to OpenStreetMap servers. Google Maps opens only when you click the “Open in Google Maps” or “Get directions” link.
- Advertising platforms (Meta, Google): when you fill in ad forms on these platforms, the information reaches us through that platform.
The servers of these service providers may be located abroad; in that case, your data is transferred abroad.
6. Cookies and measurement tools
Our site currently does not use its own cookies and does not track visitors. The map on the page (OpenStreetMap) does not use cookies; if you click the Google Maps link, Google may use its own cookies. To measure the effectiveness of our ads, we may use the Google tag (Google Ads / Google Analytics). In that case, a cookie banner appears on the site, and Google cookies are only set if you click “Accept”. If you don’t accept, signals that do not identify you may be sent without setting cookies, using Google’s “Consent Mode” feature. Your choice is stored in your browser.
If you arrive by clicking an ad, the ad’s campaign information (e.g. campaign name, Google click ID) is kept in your browser only for the duration of your visit and added to your appointment request, so we can see which ads work. If we add other tools such as the Meta Pixel, this policy will be updated.
7. How long do we keep it?
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and for as long as our legal retention obligations require; when that period ends, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
- The right to learn whether your data is being processed and which data is processed,
- The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- The right to request deletion of your data,
- The right to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time,
- The right to stop receiving promotional messages.
